I have found it easy to get an appointment. The care I received was excellent from the GP and the Reception staff. I am very busy and so prompt quality care is just what I need.

I transferred from another surgery, because I had so many problems with referrals re treatment, getting appointments etc. A close friend recommended Albion Road and since joining it has restored my faith in GP practice. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and I don't have any problems booking an appointment when needed. I have also recommended the surgery to my friends.

Facility to book an on line appointment is very useful. Reception staff are extremely helpful, always offer an excellent service. GP takes time to explain issues so you don't feel rushed.

Online appointments and repeats are great service. Nurse hours should be extended, as was difficult to get a series of appointments for regular wound dressing. Receptionists helped get me appointments at a neighbouring practice in the end.
